Shipment

Where can I receive my order?
1. At home. Simply fill out your permanent residential address and PostNL (within The Netherlands) or UPS will deliver the package.
2. At any given address other than your permanent residential/ billing address. Please fill out the address you want the package to be delivered to.

Please bear in mind that at this time orders can only be shipped to the following countries:
The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, UK, Norway, Sweden, Finland and USA.

What is the shipping time for my order?
In the Netherlands, your package will arrive within 3 working days.
From The Netherlands shipped abroad, your package will arrive within 5 working days.

NOTE: J.C.Sophie cannot guarantee the shipping time due to the involvement of external parties (couriers).

Track your order

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. On this order confirmation, you will find a Track & Trace number. With this number, you can check when your order is dispatched from you wharehouse and is on its way to you. To check the current status of your order,  please click on the link in the order confirmation and enter your Track & Trace number.
